Sessions
Sessions are scheduled for an hour and occasionally last longer, so I don’t book clients back to back.
I see clients during the day, in the evenings and on weekends.
Through my practice I’ve helped everyone from troubled adolescents and couples in crisis – to people struggling to find new meaning in life and those who feel turned upside down by a parent’s death or a career path that has ended.
The people and situations are always different. That’s why I tailor all my therapy to the individual. There is no set time frame. Some clients have come for one session and experienced a revelation that has helped to transform their lives. Others have come off and on for years to reset their thinking as new struggles emerge.
My mission is help people feel more positively about themselves and help them make life choices that lead to a happier, more satisfied existence.

The best way to determine whether I am the right fit for you is to meet. Only you will know whether you feel the kind of comfortable space and engaging, supportive dialogue that helps you move in a positive direction each and every session. Please call or email and we will schedule a time that works.
