Dr. Sheila Willson, Ph.D., C. Psych.

Through my practice I’ve helped everyone from troubled adolescents and couples in crisis – to people struggling to find new meaning in life and those who feel turned upside down by a parent’s death or a career path that has ended.

The people and situations are always different. That’s why I tailor all my therapy to the individual. There is no set time frame. My mission is help people feel more positively about themselves and help them make life choices that lead to a happier, more satisfied existence.
